Fred Hinojosa is a community-driven Texan with family roots in South Texas
dating back generations. Fred lives in Corpus Christi, where faith, family, and
service have always come first.
 
Fred graduated from the Del Mar Regional Police Academy, where he learned the discipline and commitment required to keep communities safe, lessons that have shaped his long- standing involvement in Republican politics. Since 2002, he has stood as a proven Republican, helping elect one of the first countywide Republicans in a then Democrat- dominated Nueces County and voting consistently with conservative values ever since. In 2010, Fred became a Republican State Delegate, a role he continues to hold today, bringing more than 23 years of dedication to advancing Republican principles and building conservative momentum across the Coastal Bend and Rio Grande Valley.
 
Fred is now ready to take our South Texas values to Washington, D.C. He will work to
secure the border, put money back in the pockets of South Texas families, and eliminate
radical DEI agendas that threaten our schools and communities. Fred is determined to
stop the far-left radicals in Congress from taking away your rights and ruining our way of
life.
 
Winning this race is about more than one district; it will help save the Republican
majority in the U.S. House and ensure President Trump’s agenda can continue
